Formwell · Plans

Free runs the whole job. Two plans change two things.

Every form you build and every answer a published form collects is free, and Formwell’s name sits at the foot of the page. The two higher plans take that name off and lift how much a form can collect. Nothing else about the builder moves between them.

The three plans

What each plan covers, free plan first.

Free, and it stays free

Free

The whole builder, the whole library and every answer, with no end date on any of it.

  • Unlimited forms — one for every client, brief or round of feedback.
  • Unlimited responses — a published link keeps collecting for as long as it is live.
  • All 7 input types, short answers through to multiple choice and long answers.
  • Every template in the library, open to read and change before you publish.
  • Responses as rows: one visitor per row, each answer against its question.
  • Formwell’s name at the foot of the published page.

For the forms your clients see

Unbranded

The same builder, with the published page belonging only to you.

  • Formwell’s name comes off every form you publish.
  • Your form and response limits rise.
  • A visitor sees your title, your intro and your questions — and nothing else.

For collection at volume

High volume

For the form standing in for a crowded inbox.

  • Your form and response limits rise further.
  • Formwell’s name comes off every published form.
  • Answers keep arriving as rows, in the order they are sent.

Unchanged

The parts that do not move between plans.

A plan changes the name on the published page and how much a form can collect. Writing the questions and reading what comes back is the same work on all three.

  • The document-style builder: questions as lines, one under another.
  • All 7 input types, from a short answer through to a paragraph and a list of choices.
  • Templates you can open, change and publish under your own title.
  • Drafting a first pass of questions from a written description.
  • Every response as a row you can read and copy out.

Questions and answers

What a plan changes, and what it leaves alone.

Settings for the plans you hold: branding and limits · response ceilings.

Do the two plans change the builder?

No. The editor, the seven input types, the templates and the responses view are the same on all three plans. What a plan changes is the line at the foot of a published page and how much a form can collect.

What happens to a form that is already published?

The setting covers every form you publish, including the ones already live. Change it once and the next visitor to open any of your forms sees the new state.

Can one form be held to fewer responses than the rest?

Yes, on the higher plan. Give a single form a ceiling of its own so the one busy form never takes the whole allowance from the others; leave the box empty and it runs to the workspace ceiling.
